Exposure SS18 Press Day

When I first arrived to London and began pulling samples for editorials, one of the first press appointments I had was at Exposure PR. I didn’t know much about them, but I instantly realised that I was dealing with a wonderfully creative and talented company. Therefore, I got really excited when I received an invite to their Press Day to check out the latest SS18 collections.

One of the first things I noticed was that the clothes were divided in different blocks, each painted in a different colour, which gave the place a very fun vibe. From Nike to Dr Martens each corner was showing off their own style and being displayed with a very cool soundtrack and short film on the background this was only reaffirming the idea I had that exposure has that “cool kids” vibe under control.

The first collection I discovered at the showroom was Levis Vintage. It took me right back to 1970s with a very earthy colour palette and a variety of prints.

After that my attention was captured by Dr Martens who were showing off some rather eye catching “Iced Metallics” footwear and some strong statement pieces inspired by the Eastern art by the original Japanese pieces.

Nike was a pleasant surprise of the day and luckily one of our Exposure PR friends explained us the inspiration behind their SS18 collection. There were lots of fashion forward pieces as well as transparent fabrics and even though pictures weren’t aloud I can tell you that you’ll be very impressed by Nike’s new collection, which has some really amazing statement pieces! Fashionistas, get ready!

I really enjoyed getting a sneak-peek of the SS18 collections and can’t wait for the pieces to hit the stores!
