4. Visualise Your Next Steps: What’s next for you? Picture where you want to be this time next year – make it vivid and exciting. This vision will guide your actions and decisions.
   
5. Set Realistic and Exciting Goals: Dream big but also be kind to yourself. Set goals that challenge and motivate you, but are also achievable with hard work and dedication.
