Hi, I’m Catherine and I’m an accredited Colour Consultant and Personal Stylist based in East London, where I run my own thriving styling business. I qualified in advanced colour analysis some time ago and have since built a successful professional practice.

I’m passionate about helping people discover the confidence, joy, and freedom that comes from understanding their colours and personal style.

With a background in the commercial art world and a Postgraduate Diploma in Fine and Decorative Arts, I bring a trained eye for colour, pattern, and visual balance to everything I do. I also have in-depth knowledge of the retail industry and its many brands — from high street and designer labels to independent boutiques, vintage, and pre-loved fashion — which allows me to help clients find the perfect pieces to suit their style, budget, and lifestyle.

My approach as a Colour Consultant is empathetic and collaborative, guiding clients through personal transformation at every stage of life. I’ve supported people with everything from corporate dressing and occasionwear to everyday wardrobes and holiday looks, always tailoring advice to their personality, lifestyle, and individual needs.

I’m a proud advocate of the London College of Style (LCS) Holistic Approach to Colour and its power to transform wardrobes and build confidence.

I also have extensive teaching experience, working with learners of all ages — from children to adults. I’m passionate about making complex topics accessible, engaging, and practical, ensuring that students leave feeling confident in their skills and ready to apply them in the real world.
