Her career started in the city where she worked as an accountant. Unsatisfied and unfulfilled with her job, she quit her 13-year city career, sold her house to follow her dreams and birth Potential U.

She delivers engaging sold-out Style Masterclasses and workshops.
She has worked with the likes of Google, BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges, Virgin, The Mayor of London office, law firms, investment banks, celebrities and she has seen the late Queens Elizabeths wardrobe.
Joy is also a fashion and business lecturer.
She loves sharing her expertise and experience with the next generation of Stylists and entrepreneurs. Giving back gives her a massive buzz and fills her heart.
