At LCS, we believe that nothing compares to a nurturing environment where the focus centers on the tailored career development of our emerging editorial stylists.

This course focuses on editorial career development coupled with industry development. This leads to realistic creative and paid commercial employment opportunity beyond study in key areas of industry. This is the main challenge for emerging editorial talent lacking experience and profile development, which vitally leads to paid work in this highly competitive market.

LCS partners with reputable fashion publications for live editorial opportunities both online and in print for students during study. All students will be supported to work with some of London’s leading PR’s, building invaluable relationships which enable students to request high-end pre-season samples on loan for publications while on the course.

Tutor led groups visit key PR, as well as group orientation trips and group assignments to create familiarity with industry protocol and help to establish vital networks early on in the course. This surmounts to proficiency in independent working as the course progresses working on live editorial and commercial assignments throughout the course.

Graduates from the advanced course leave with an impressive network of professional contacts in Hair, Make-up, Photography and PR; showcasing a sizeable portfolio of editorial work. Graduates are supported with vocational employment applications and optional internships at impressive industry level.

    Beyond study

All graduates are supported with an individually tailored Editorial Stylist career plan to support the transition into industry as professionals for creative and paid commercial styling work.

LCS is accredited by the BAC (British Accreditation Council) and the course is Advanced Diploma certificated awarded at Pass, Merit and Distinction level of achievement.

    LCS Pro-Club

At LCS, our door is aways open to our graduates. The course qualifies you for complimentary membership to the LCS-Pro Club beyond study.
